For a very short time, we are accepting a small number of hotels to be our Founding Members.

Enrolment to join as a Founding Member will be open for a few days only.

As a Founding Member, your hotel will access an exclusive special membership fee that will not increase for the duration your hotel remains a member for the first three years of the membership.

Following enrolment, we will provide onboarding support for our founding member hotel teams to ensure all teams become familiar with the Membership Training Hub and join in the group coaching calls. You’ll also have the opportunity to offer input and feedback into the content and training you would like to see delivered within the membership program.

FOUNDING MEMBER SPECIAL*

per hotel marketing TEAM

(The Membership fee allows up to 6 team members from your hotel’s sales & marketing team to participate in the membership. In addition, the hotel General Manager is granted access.)

Following the enrolment of Founding Members, future hotel members will join for a minimum of US$227/mth.

Your Hotel Membership includes:

  • Monthly topic training lessons, workbooks and templates

  • Monthly group Q&A/Coaching calls (two call times available)

  • Access to the Membership Hub with training, replays & resources

  • Occasional bonus trainings, special guest trainers and resources throughout the year

  • Participation in team challenges

  • Career planning sessions twice per year

    Full Terms & conditions of the membership are detailed in the footer, however please take note of these key terms:

    • The General Manager is the account holder for the hotel membership and maintains responsibility for the correct team members having access to the Membership.

    • Each hotel is required to sign up for one account to access the Membership..

    • Each Account is intended exclusively for the Marketing Team of the hotel which registers the Account. Sharing your Account with other hotels, even those affiliated or within the same group/ownership, is not allowed. Each hotel must have an individual account.

    • The Founding Member special fee is maintained for up to 3 years if the hotel remains in the Membership for this period of time uninterrupted. If the hotel unsubscribes and wishes to re-enrol, they will not be able to access the Founding Member special price.
